Amanda the Adventurer is a horror game that follows Riley Park, who inherits their aunt Kate's house and finds a collection of VHS tapes in the attic. The tapes are episodes of a children's show starring Amanda, a cheerful and adventurous girl, and Wooly, her shy and loyal sheep friend.

As Riley watches the tapes, they realize that Amanda and Wooly are not just characters on the screen but something more sinister and dangerous.
Amanda seems to know everything about Riley and wants them to do everything she says, or else she will get angry and violent. Riley has to solve puzzles and escape from Amanda's twisted world before it's too late.
